2. What cookies do on this site

This cookie persists for up to 180 days from the date it is set, after which the banner will be shown again so that your preference can be confirmed or updated. If you clear your browser storage manually, the preference cookie is removed immediately and the banner will reappear on your next visit regardless of the 180-day period.
5. Analytics cookies, only where accepted
If you select Accept All in the cookie banner, analytics cookies, commonly named with prefixes such as _ga or _gid depending on the analytics provider in use, may be set to collect aggregated information about page visits, approximate session duration, device category and general geographic region derived from IP address. These cookies may persist for periods of up to 13 months, after which they expire and, if analytics remain enabled, are set again. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate by our editorial team to understand overall readership patterns and is not used to identify an individual visitor.
6. Cookies we do not use
We do not set third-party advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or social media tracking cookies embedded for the benefit of an external platform. 10. Revisions and change log
1 June 2026: initial publication of this Cookie Policy alongside the launch of keltova.info, describing the session and preference categories. 12 August 2026: added explicit lifespan figures for the preference cookie and clarified that analytics cookies are set only after Accept All is selected. 2 September 2026: expanded the description of cookie names and added the dedicated section on cookies we do not use, together with the concrete complaint response times set out in section 9. We review this policy at least annually and whenever a new cookie category is introduced.
